a few photos from Obsession at Embassy Tea Gallery

‘Canyons of Truths and Ilusions’ by Cheryl Papasian

‘Phillumenist’ by Victoria Coster

‘Blue Moutains of Time’ by Carl Jaycock

‘Blue Telegraph Hill’ by Orlanda Broom

‘Round and Round We Go’ by Julie Young

‘Infinity’ by Stefan Nenov

‘Live Combine’ by Anna Kolosova

‘Litith’ by Nicholas Laborie

Loved seeing Cheryl’s superficial treasure conveyor-belt installation and also finally getting to see one of Orlanda’s paintings up close, glossy!

While there Arabella Pio told me about her piece on Semantic Dementia explaining that the work compares symptoms of the condition to the way our feelings can change and therefore the words we use to describe those feelings (including words like always and forever) having the potential for change or loose their meaning also.
